If you think we may need to look at your installation, then please also supply your cPanel and FTP details.

It also helps if you supply the URL of your site (!) and maybe also the software admin panel log in details. The more details you can provide up front, the faster we can resolve your problem.

However, please don`t copy and paste a huge amount of code - that usually doesn`t help and often makes it more difficult to work out what`s really going on.
