Support tickets are formally checked and answered between 10.00am and 2.00pm GMT Monday to Thursday, but they`re also often monitored and answered outside those times - please be patient.
If you`re a paid customer, please supply your receipt number or similar to help us out and speed things up a little. Yes, we prioritise paid customers over free users.
If you think we may need to look at your installation, then please also supply your cPanel and FTP details.
It also helps if you supply the URL of your site (!) and maybe also the software admin panel log in details. The more details you can provide up front, the faster we can resolve your problem.
