NEWS - Database Error
We`ve just had what seems a major database error on 28-01-2010. Without getting too techy, after a lot of strange database problems we restarted the MySQL server and then found that the support database was corrupt.
We`ve restored what we can, but recent tickets have been lost. Please accept our apologies - you`ll need to raise the ticket again.

If you have a current support ticket active, please log in to your ticket on the left using your original e-mail and your 6-digit ticket id number.

Support is for paid customers only, please supply your receipt number or email address used to purchase to help us out and speed things up a little.
If you think we may need to look at your installation, then please also supply your cPanel and FTP details.
It also helps if you supply the URL of your site (!) and maybe also the software admin panel log in details. The more details you can provide up front, the faster we can resolve your problem.
However, please don`t copy and paste a huge amount of code, that doesn`t help at all and often makes it more difficult to work out what`s going on.
